I also have a way with words. Or gift of the gab as my father would say.
So it occurred to me a while back – possibly over a chilled glass of something good – that I could put my words to work and help awakened businesses like yours really thrive in these accelerated times.
Because writing can be harrrrd. And you’ve got a zillion other things to be doing when it comes to running your business. Right?

But what do I know?
Early on in my career, I was earning my copywriting stripes on the ad agency circuit in London for over ten years. I also managed to spread my copy-wings working in other fabulous cities including Dubai, Kyoto, Tokyo and Sydney.
Which means I’ve written a word or two, and know what it takes to be noticed by your ideal customer.
OK who am I really?
I’m an Australian living in Sydney with my Kiwi partner and British schnoodle, Poppy. Poppy and I moved here from Devon, UK, 3 years ago.
My days are filled with writing words, walking Poppy, listening to cool tunes, sharing conversations with my partner (where we put the world to rights) and thinking about drinking wine. Is it Friday yet?
SOME OTHER FUN FACTS ABOUT ME
I’ve lived in 5 countries, speak Japanese and own 2 passports (the other being Irish). I believe astrology is the real deal, love crystals, reading esoteric books and burning Japanese incense. If I could get a side gig going… well, I’d try my hand at making pottery. The rustic, wonky style.
I’m also really into green tea. Or sencha (as it’s known in Japan). I’ve spent hours perfecting my steeping technique, sipped on many exquisite brews and savoured some perfect moments in the company of a grand tea master or two. Yep, I’m a bit of a Japanophile, I know ;)

I love what I do now because I get to help all the incredible change-makers and visionaries who are rewriting the rule books and building their own awesome economy. Because we know it’s time to do things differently. To align business with higher values, a feeling of community and a currency of care.
